With a Zone 2 location giving quick access to Central London, Peckham Rye station is at the centre of the area’s transformation.

A collaboration between Network Rail, Southern Railways and Southwark Council, supported by the Major’s Regeneration Fund, will rejuvenate the historic station building as well as create a new public square - which when it’s completed in 2016 will act as the gateway to the new Peckham. The railway arches will also be opened up to provide space for artists, restaurants and shops – furthering the area’s lifestyle appeal. Whilst there is a world of options on your doorstep, there will be times when you want to explore the rest of London - whether for work or pleasure.

Commuting into The City couldn’t be easier with regular direct services to Farringdon, London Bridge and Blackfriars. You can also go straight to Canada Water, from which Canary Wharf is just a few minutes’ tube ride. Alternatively you can head to Victoria and explore its £4bn regeneration. Or St Pancras and take the Eurostar to Paris. What’s more, when Crossrail arrives at Farringdon in 2018, the speed with which you can reach destinations like Bond Street, Paddington and Heathrow will be greatly enhanced.
